Stampass is a salon loyalty companion designed for the people behind the chair. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your data.

What we collect

Stampass collects the minimum information required to run your salon's loyalty program.

From salon staff using the iOS app

From salon customers (entered by staff at the salon)

How we use the information

We do not use any of this information for advertising, profiling, or tracking across other apps or websites. We do not sell, rent, or share data with third-party advertisers, brokers, or marketing networks.

Where the information is stored

Authentication is handled by Google Firebase. Customer and visit data is stored in our PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Apple Wallet passes are signed and pushed via Apple's Push Notification Service. We retain visit history for as long as the salon's loyalty program is active. Salons may request deletion of their data at any time.

Children's privacy

Stampass is a tool for salon staff and adult customers. The app is rated 4+ (no objectionable content) but is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

If you are a customer of a salon that uses Stampass and would like to access, correct, or delete your information, please contact your salon directly. If your salon cannot resolve your request, email us at hello@stampass.app and we will help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Significant changes will be communicated to participating salons.
